Jennifer Morrison – President and Founder - Jen Morrison is a Social Entrepreneur and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt process improvement consultant with a successful track record of creating nonprofits to fill a vital community need and improving customer and employee satisfaction while reducing operating costs for over 18 years.  She has led over 50 cross-functional project teams achieving break-through results by using Six Sigma and other business methodologies.  Her projects have spanned a wide variety of business areas from Finance to Product Management to Software Design.  The combined estimated total savings is over $8 million or an average $150,000 per project.  She has also trained over 300 people in the Six Sigma methodology and facilitated numerous daylong strategy sessions with senior level managers.  Her professional experience includes tenures with Ceridian, a human resources outsourcing company and Black and Decker. Since founding Manifest Consulting, her clients have included South Shore Pool Supply and South Shore Habitat for Humanity.

In 2011, Jen was appointed by the Selectmen of the Town of Scituate to serve on their Economic Development Committee.  That role led her to found the nonprofit, Friends of Scituate’s Future, to improve the conditions at the 100 year old middle school. After a final successful town vote for a new school in January 2015, Jen started working with others to create another nonprofit, the Scituate Education Foundation (SEF).  SEF formally launched in June 2016 with an active Board of Directors and in its first 6 months raised over $38,000.  SEF’s mission is to benefit the community by funding innovative educational programs with the support of a diverse group of public and private organizations.

Jen received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University, graduating with top honors.  She has completed additional advanced coursework at the University College of London in London, England and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.  She completed a graduate program at the University of Maryland focused on operations.  Additionally she has 5 certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt (from 2 different companies – one service based and the other manufacturing based), Lean, Design for Six Sigma, and Project Management.  In addition to founding and serving as President of 2 nonprofits, she also served as a member of the Board of Directors of South Shore Habitat for Humanity.  When not working, Jen enjoys spending time outside with her family and rescue dogs - either hiking, skiing, or walking the beach.

“Jen is well-known in our community as a leader with passion, vision, and tenacity. I have witnessed these first-hand on multiple occasions over the ten years I've worked with her. Jen looks ahead and thinks about how to overcome potential challenges with facts, communication, and networking. She thinks of every angle and focuses on how to educate and cultivate support. Above all this, I am truly in awe of Jen's activism. She is a master at start-ups and leading people on a vision. I am grateful that Jen lives in Scituate and has given her efforts and passion to our community. Because of her hard work, we have a new middle school and award-winning education foundation.  Any company or client would be lucky to have Jen - she gives it all to make them successful.”
